The truth is, the best competitions, awards, and scholarships are not centralized. They are scattered, hard to find, and often shared through word of mouth.

A curated, community-built list of:

  • Scholarships across academics, AI, medicine, business, trades, and beyond
  • A simple guide to help you navigate everything easily

Including programs like Davidson Fellows, Regeneron STS, USACO, DECA, RSI at MIT, and more.

And in all seriousness, South Asian and Asian homes are specifically being targeted for gold, cash, watches, designer bags, and designer and real jewelry. We don’t want this to happen to any of you or our families - especially seniors and parents! 🙏🏽💙

Our big money goal this year is to save and invest $500,000 to buy our third investment property in 2027. I’m sharing how we’re doing this step-by-step (and what’s helped us and what hasn`t) in case it can be helpful to you. And I’m a 42 year-old full-time working mom sharing my attempt to learn more about investing and to feel less overwhelmed managing finances.💙

If you have aging parents, do this today 💙

- Create a simple shared document with financial information/assets, and assets/ property in India
- Make sure every account has a beneficiary/nominee
- Ensure your parents have an emergency fund for 6 to 12 months
- Ensure your parents have an Estate Plan / Succession Plan and we should all have an Estate Plan (this is not just for raging parents)!

We should also help our parents make sure everything is organized.
That means checking:
• Beneficiaries on bank, retirement, and investment accounts
• Nominees on accounts in India
• Wills / Legal documents needed in India
• Power of attorney
• Healthcare directives

These simple steps can prevent years of legal and financial stress for families.🙏🏽
